He has slightly point ears and a faint sign of forehead ridges like Romulans do, slight but there. He has Vulcan like eyebrows thick and dark and a couple of earrings on his left ear. He is often found wearing eyeliner and eyeshadow and rarely seen without his lab coat. |

| General Overview | Minato loves to talk and is a larger then life presence who loves people. A typical libra Minato loves balance and justice. As a person Minato is kind, caring, compassionate and has a heart full of empathy. Always the first person there to help and the last person to leave. Minato is detail orientated and a hard worker with a philosophy that states: A stranger is a friend you have not met yet. Minato would rather take a thousand insults then utter even one. A gentle loving hearted person who will put everyone else above themselves even if they at times sound somewhat arrogant. Minato is a fake it till you make it kind of person who is a great listener and an old soul who is better at giving advice then taking it. | Personal History | Birth name: Karakaal Minato Takahashi, born Endymion on Romulus to a Betazoid Mother and a Romulan father. His father, a Romulan Senator, was often away and was a critical man. He was never satisfied with his son and found every opportunity to criticize him. His mother, a Betazoid Diplomat, had no time for her child either and Karakaal was raised by his nannies until he reached the age of fifteen when a family argument lead him to run away and stow away on a shuttle that landed on the Telerite world. On the Telerite world he was living on the streets for the first six months and then he saved the life of Commander Minoru Takahasi and his wife Doctor Angalize Takahashi while they were on a diplomatic trip with their ship the USS Elmenar. When they learned about his past they decided to adopt him and he was raised on their home on Vulcan where they were mainly based out of. It is there that they settled shortly after the incident and it is there that Minoru truly discovered his path and who he was. A bright child he excelled at the Vulcan Academy and decided to honour his Adoptive mother by entering Starfleet with the aim of becoming a doctor. He finished his first four years of the Academy in three and was moved into Starfleet medical. There he thrived and discovered more about himself and about what he wanted out of life. He was a joiner who was part of several clubs at the Academy and was loved by all the teachers. What he’d missed out on while on Romulus he found it in his new found family on Earth and his adopted family back on Vulcan. He did a double major in Counseling and Medical. Feeling a bit of an itch to be amongst the stars he applied to the USS Warbler and was accepted to complete a few specialized courses while teaching wannabe cadets about medicine and being the ships doctor. Mystery: Before Minato left Romulus he found two documents. A birth certificate with the name Endymion on it and his bio information and a second birth certificate with his name on it Karrakaal matching the his Romulan name with a note saying he must never know. He has been searching out the meaning of those documents since he was adopted by the Takahashi family. He was drawn enough to the name Endymion that he took it as his middle name but has always had the feeling he should never share that name so he never reveals his name to anyone. He just uses E. and refuses to explain the full name. |
